Ingredients:

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375f.
In a food processor combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Pulse 2-3 times to combine.
Add cold butter and pulse until bread crumbs consistency.
Dump everything from the food processor into a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
Pour milk in the well and incorporate until there a just a few dry flour bits.
Dump on the counter and knead 3-5 times until the dough comes together.
Roll into a circle that is 1.5 inches high.
Cut like a pizza so that you have 8 slices.
Places scones on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Let scones rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
